Hills District Alarms

The roll out of the NBN to our customers premises is causing some troubles with regard their Back To Base alarms.

NBN Corp have confirmed Fibre to the Node will start as of September this year which adds a new challenge. 

As we are still working through the Fibre to the Premises issues, we would like to remind our clients that they need to ensure that the NBN service provider ( e.g Telstra, Optus etc)  you choose has the facilty for a security system to communicate and that they ensure the security system is tested before your service providers technician leaves site. Some of the smaller service providers do not provide this facility on their NBN devices.
